ⓘ How these insights are calculated
Reliability threshold: Headline insights use Great, Good and Okay data. Low, Bad and Not rated data remains visible in the log but is excluded.
Queue eligibility: A queue counts once by date and queue-start time. If any product in that queue is Low, Bad or Not rated, the whole queue is excluded.
Average timings: Product-drop times are averaged inside each queue first, then those queue-level results are averaged so larger drops do not receive extra weight.
Date coverage: Eligible data from all recorded dates is considered. There is no six-month restriction.

How reliability is assessed

Important timings are exact and supported, with less complete evidence than Great.
Useful evidence exists, but a timing is approximate or supporting detail is incomplete.
Important parts remain uncertain, estimated or supported by limited evidence.
The record is questionable or conflicting and should not be trusted analytically.
